MY DOG BROKE UP WITH ME!

It was the fatigue.

No more fetch, no more zoomies in the yard, no more bark park.

All because of my fatigue.

Rio was miserable because I couldn't get off the couch. So she did the unspeakable and left me for someone more fun to play with- her dad.

I know this all sounds dramatic, but I'm sure it's familiar.

You know how it goes- your alarm starts screaming at you first thing in the morning. It takes every bit of you to get up, half-ass getting dressed, *maybe* grab coffee and then it's out the door. Working til five. Leaving work and sitting in traffic for an hour. Get home, *maybe* eat dinner, t.v. for a couple hours then straight into bed to do it all over again.

What if I told you there could be a magical solution for this endless cycle??

It's simple- SLEEP!

Yeah yeah, I know. You've taken the melatonin, you meditate, you do your absolute best to stop scrolling through TikTok before bed. And you know the problem is that you're not getting quality sleep. So how do we finally fix that?

Alright, science geeks, buckle up.

Muscles are only for movement, right? WRONG.

You have a series of teeny tiny muscles attaching your skull to your C1 and C2 vertebrae. And we're learning now that those muscles aren't necessarily responsible for moving your head. Check out this study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11799407/

Those muscles are responsible for something called PROPRIOCEPTION.

Proprioception is is the sense of self-movement and body position.

When your C1 and C2 are misaligned, those muscles start screaming at your brain. There is so much precious neurology around those two bones, and when they are misaligned, the brain gets bombarded with messages that something is wrong.

When we find your specific misalignment and adjust your upper cervical spine according to YOUR spine, we can relieve those muscles from being abnormally activated. Relaxing those muscles allows your brain to finally quiet down and take a rest! That's why so many of our patients report sleeping like a baby the night of their first adjustment.

So what does this mean for you? How do we get those muscles back in a state of ease?

Easy- we need to assess you for an upper cervical misalignment.

Starting this care and getting back to playing with your pup is as easy as scheduling a complimentary phone consultation with our office on our website, www.enchantmentuppercervical.com
